>>>cont of: http://www.4binz.org//51 *a influência do novo mundo está se espalhando…* 4 months into this mess… god damn. For the first few days, it was chill. Even going to work was calm, easy and fun. But, one god-forsaken sunday changed everything. The other doctors, most having specialization in something, were sent into the borders for some fucking reason. I was left alone in this… mess of a hospital. The quantity of patients showing up increased drastically. What was only a few minutes of waiting to get yourself diagnosed, or patched up, now took hours, and even days on end. The nurses couldn’t do anything more than help treat the patients themselves, while I was left to diagnose shit. EVEN THOUGH I WASN’T FUCKING CONSCRIPTED FOR THAT Civilians and soldiers were showing up, initially, with only gunshot wounds, but even those were severe. Most that had their bleeding controlled were treated with low-quality gauze, generally ending in catastrophic infections that could even cause death if you were hit in the wrong place. The antibiotics we were supplied with did not help with the infections, rather, accelerating the process. After a while, people started showing up with spontaneous and severe coughing, runny noses, lung obstructions caused by mucus… And then, I realized that shit had gotten too severe. 0200 >be me, 24 >sitting in my camp, preparing my stuff >shit’s bout to go down >I don’t hear much anymore on the military radio, and the local TV station has shut down >got one single day off work, but I haven’t received any messages from the HRs at the hospital >it’s time >finish packing up packing both my backpack and a duffle. >Ever since I got into this mess of a place I could call ‘haven’, I have been buying shit with some of the drug money. >too much shit, to be honest. >a duffle full of meds, supplies, and solar chargers >’military’ gear off of a discounted MILSURP shelf (black PASGT, 4 generic belt pouches, some fucking zipties) >I also got some transmissors, antennas, and chink radios >some would call this idea ‘stupid’, or outright ‘retarded >but I’m thinking about setting up something across the fuckoff gates >this is the best I could come up with >’I’ as in my bar buddies, i’ll miss’em. >go to the car, with everything put onto the backseats >attach the transmissor setup onto the back of the jeep >get onto the driver seat and start the engine >the area around my camp has two roads >one to the west >and one to the south >the south one goes up to a hill, while the west one goes directly to the federal roads >pedal down onto the western road >after a few minutes going down the road, gunfire erupts >different caliber sounds start to stand out in the erupting orchestra >hit the brakes, putting the car into reverse and GTFOing >bullets start whizzing over the treeline, the dense-y vegetation around the road shaking from each bullet passing by >the spot I was moments before gets struck by a fucking propane tank >it fucking stays there, while I painstakingly reverse the old jeep away >after a minute or two, gasses start spewing out of the tank, and it erupts in an explosion >proceed to 180 the jeep and drive the FUCK off eastwards 0230 >the road to the east leads up to a hill crest >once ontop of the hill, i swerve right to take a look at what’s happening from a safe(ish) distance >thousands upon thousands of muzzle flashes lighting up towards the city, explosions everywhere in the sorrounding areas, APCs exploding… >this is hell >step on the pedal, going downhill >the road is curvy, dirty and dimly lit by the moonlight >this is going to be a long time 0300 >been driving in this road for 30 fucking minutes already >the gunfire already has faded, or stopped… I don’t know. >i can’t risk going above 30 km/h or i could fuck up >the GPS is out of signal, and the only thing I remember was seeing this road led to a forest not far away from here >well, shit. 0??? >the road finally curves after… how many hours has it been? >it’s still dark, but… >i can feel an eerie comfy feeling nonetheless >like when you stay up to sunshine and listen to some relaxing music… >god I wish I- >something rapidly blocks the jeep’s lamps for a split second >instinctively swerve right >grab old, ChinkTac ™ flashlight from my backpack >look around, nothing here… >just woods on the left of the road… >and to the right, too… >oh shit.webm >grab both pistols, and lay them in the passenger seat by my side >reverse, and speed down the road >whatever the fuck was that, i’m not risking. 06?? >after an eternity, finally… >sunlight starts to shine through the eerie gloom of the tree leaves >the light-blue skies being covered in light, serene clouds >the slight breeze ruffling through the lowered windshield >my shirt flows through the wind, but lightly attached to my body… >god… the world is so beautiful… >OOoOoOoOA aAHAHha >I snap my head to the road, instinctively shaking myself >the road is straightforward, just a big line… >wait, what? >i fucking step on the breaks, bringing one of the pistols up to scan around >the sun hasn’t fully risen yet, many parts of the road are still dark >when I look back, the road seems curvy, and low quality >what the fuck >look to the trees to try and find the source of the oooo >no monkey in sight… >why did I come here? >the treeline is obscured by the lack of light >nothing is to be seen, anywhere… >except a rock to the left… >it is curvy, shiny but rugged >perfectly balanced onto the groun- >i better get the fuck out of here >pedal on the metal, driving with the pistol in hand >I instinctively grabbed the trusty .38 by accident 20~-? minutes later >finally bright enough to see around me >the road is made of dirt, with pebbles scattered between randomly >the woods are made of eucalyptus with some thicker trees sprinkled seemingly at random, the pleasant aroma sufficing in the early morning >the treeline covers sight to other parts most of the times around the road with seemingly no stop in sight, with some deviations in terrain giving glimpses of the sorroundings of the forest >finally, with the brightness available, i stop for a quick second to check up on some things >the radio equipment is still neatly organized in a pack, resembling those squad leaders use in war. >my backpack is neatly secured to the passenger seat, and the dufflebag full of supplies is laying on the passenger leg area >seems like that thing didn’t touch shit... >everything is still in their respective places >i press on the pedal, following the long road ahead. Later that day… >slowly park on the right side of the road, looking at the sky >the sun’s position is slightly to the left… >or to the right? >i can’t tell >it’s either 1 PM or 11 AM >I open my backpack zipper, searching it’s insides for my compass >i feel around idiotic amounts of tuna cans, even more than I packed… >take a look inside, finally finding it >grabbing an old plastic compass stuffed beneath some cans of tuna and a hygiene kit >i toggle the latch holding the compass together, the compass opening as if there’s spring tension >the insides of the compass point the road to the south >look up, trying to find the time… >from what it seems, it’s 1 PM >look again at the compass, but this time it points the road towards SE >...what the fuck >after a while driving, the road comes to a curve on top of a deforested hill >the sun is almost setting, the atmosphere being in a nice tone of orange-red in the sky >sitting right on the top said hill, there’s a rock >a big, round, shiny but rugged roc- >wait >the surroundings of the rock being completely clear of any obstructions >seems like the hill is cleanly built to just accommodate the rock… >i drive up to the side of the road where the rock is on, carefully disembarking the jeep to see it from up close with my airgun in hand… >it is really, really similar to the one I saw before… >it’s pattern resembles a quartz stripe >the ones you put in your bathroom… >i get closer, reaching out my hand to touch said rock… >closer… >clooser… >cl-closer... >the tip of my fingers touch the rock >it’s as smooth as a marble >the engravings engraved into the rock don’t even affect the smoothness… >wait what >i fucking jinx my hand away from the rock >I SWEAR I FUCKING SAW IT GLOW >i hold my pellet gun closely, darting to the jeep >i jump into the driver’s seat and BTFO >the night has already settled… >god, what the fuck was that? >the rock… i swear to fucking god… >this isn’t fucking right, at all. >i look around the forest while driving >trying to look inside of the darkness between the trees… >the eerie eucalyptus trees covering the entire landscape >if more light would go through those, it’d be as bright as day. >the pleasant smell of… freshness being emanated from those trees >the dark road ahead being made of red dirt, not moved for decades upon end. >pebbles constantly get thrown around when the jeep zips past them >the moonlight is barely seen, the thick eucalyptus covering most of the beautiful display of the cosmos out there >but... nothing can be seen >even though I feel i’m being watched…. >fuuuuuck… >I take a quick glance at my jeep’s interior >something inside the car is emitting a small light… >still driving, i focus on looking for what’s emitting the light >I scan around the backseats, but the thing isn’t there. >i take a glance over to the passenger seat beside me >the barely visible light with some clothing apparel laid over it >my pellet gun… >i see something in the corner of my eye moving quickly >i quickly turn my head, barely seeing it jump in front of the jeep >aaAH SHIT- >ow… my fucking head… >i slowly rise my head from the driving wheel, the horn not being blasted for hours being a miracle >my jeep’s… intact? >it’s nicely parked in an angle from the road >the surroundings being… very clear? >morning has already arrived hours ago >i look around inside the jeep >what the fuck…? >my pellet gun is… glowing with various symbols >it’s nicely laid on the jeep’s internal side >the raggedy mess of clothes that laid ontop of it carefully and neatly folded up tightly >the backseats are neatly organized, and my various equipment being carefully laid around >i check my own self… >the PJs I was wearing are magically clean, my puffer vest getting a nice gloss being reflected from it… >my belt being worn over my PJs, with pouches and kits attached to it neatly… >i never figured out how to attach the stuff I bought >even my pistol is in my holst- >OH SHIT >i take off the belt, and lift up my PJ pants >oh ok it’s fine >nothing has been touched there >i got myself worried for a second >but… what the fuck? >i look around again, the morning light gracefully passing through the eucalyptus in the forest surrounding me >birds are chirping, flowers are blooming… >was that all just a big nightmare? >i- no, it isn’t… >i better stop thinking about it. >I put my belt back on, and grab my pellet gun with a few pellets, inspecting it >it’s fucking glowy. GLOWY. >what the hell, man… >some weird symbols faintly emit a purple light from the carbine >it’s trippy to look, even… >you know what? i’m going to test this. >I grab a single lead pellet, cock the gun, and load it. >I put an empty tuna can on the other side of the street >bring up the pellet gun to my shoulders, aim and squeeze the trigger slowly... >what was supposed to be a tad bit loud, but pleasant POP >turns into a loud-as-shit crack >as if the lead is going supersonic, beyond the sound barrier… >holy shit >the tuna can doesn't even budge, a .22 hole being perfectly drilled into the middle >i didn’t calibrate the aim of this, holy shit… >it’s p e r f e c t >I lay the carbine back at its place, as well as the lead drum, and go collect the tuna can. >I wouldn’t leave something here, in this shit… >it’s already weird as it is, and it would be even weirder if I had a fucking tuna can following me. >get on car, revving up engine >this has been...weird, but nice today I guess... >ACTUALLY, YOU KNOW WHAT? >there’s… something out there >and i’d like to have it on better terms… >oh yeah >open backpack, skimming through the neatly packed and organized materials >grab a bit of medical tape, a pen, and some gauze >tape a bit of gauze onto a can of delicious, cancerous fish >draw a heart onto it >leave the full tuna can in the place the car was parked, with the small heart side up >drive away, sighing in relief >look at the sky >the sun, now to the right, seems like it’s directly ontop of me >nearing lunchtime >too bad i didn’t bring sunscreen >stop for a bit in the edge of the road, near the trees >open my backpack’s zipper, and start fiddling through some stuff >tuna cans, drybags, plastic boxes >finally found it >i take out a small soundbox >one of those famous zoomer ones that were expensive back in the day >small, cylindrical, and has a big bang to it. >i hook it’s cable to my cellphone, and insert a thumbdrive into it >it’s label is “CLÁSSICAS DO BAR ZEZÉ” >the barman at the place i used to spend hours in with my buds gave me this one after I told him what i was going to do >he didn’t even ask anything in return, he just gave me this pen-drive with some of his favourite songs >the guy had a fine taste of music, and he oftenly gave me and the buds discount on our cheap-ass beers >fuck, i wish i stayed there instead of this endless driving… >cracking an old one, laughing with the men.. >damn it. >i press play, as I start speeding up onto the semi-clean dirt road >the low tune hymns, the classical violin strokes... NOW PLAYING: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rfrpOhC6858&ab_channel=JorgeBenJor >i finally reach a clearing, in beetween of this seemingly endless fucking forest >holy fucking shit, now that I think about it… >what the fuck is going on? >that fucking rock, the endless creeping woods around >random animal sounds where there is nothing to be seen, this eerie feeling of both loneliness and uncertainty >i COULD set up shop here, but… >I FEEL that this isn’t a good place >i shouldn’t be here. >i proceed to turn the jeep to the left, parking in this clearing >small grass covers the red-earth dirt below me, as this seemingly unnatural clearing gives a good view of my surroundings >small hills, with other dirt roads in them, along with more woods. >but… the wood varies with each road? >like, i distinctively can see the lush green foliage that’s prevalent in the amazon… >also the fucking swampy hellhole of the southeast >jesus fucking christ, i should’ve turned around in that entrance… >is this what the portals lead to? to endless spots of fucking nothingness? >god, i should’ve thought this better. >to break the mood, i decide to stay around here for a few moments >lay my sharkskin jacket on the ground, serving as sort of a tarp? >i’m saving the actual shit for setup >i open up my backpack, once again >look inside it, and grab a can of tuna out of… >a seemingly infinite stack of tuna cans? >i try reaching my hand down, without looking >can’t reach the bottom of the backpack, but when I look inside it seems like my arm is just cramped under some tuna cans >good lord >along with the tuna can, I open a pack of biscuits >set them aside, and grab my small alcohol spiritburner >along with a small metal bottle full of ethanol and my trusty canteen mug >i pour some ethanol into the spiritburner, and light it up with my zippo >the flame is practically invisible , but I can feel it moving and flowing along the breeze >I put my canteen mug over it, filling it halfway with water >while waiting for the water to get near-boiling, i sit back and look around >this is bad, but at least i can worry about nothing for a few moments. >as i’m enjoying the food, a little parakeet lands onto the ledge of my jeep >the bird is bright blue, with a few write stripes running down on it’s wings >it looks down at the biscuit pack >i relent, and slowly raise my hand to it with a small biscuit nugget >the bird chirps happily, as it reaches to my hand to grab the biscuit piece >but, before it grabs the piece, i hear a loud squawk a bit far away >look up, before noticing anything I see a massive fucking shape plunging down onto me >fucking jump forwards, knocking my almost done coffee onto my jacket and the spiritburner sideways >the massive being fucking clamps down where I was a moment ago with it’s massive talons… >it isn’t a bird… >quickly raise my holstered pistol, firing a shot at it *POW* >the sound fucking blasting my eardrums, as it sends a loud boom through the forest >I see the massive being look at me as I depress the trigger, instead of having a bird head it has a… face of a woman? >it instinctively jumps right as the bullet hits it’s leg, the face of the monstrosity screaming with fear >the bullet passes through the leg tumbling, falling onto the dirt road infront of me >what the fuck is this? >i depress the light trigger of the pistol again, but this time it fucking flies upwards >the bullet whizzes past the giant thing, the shockwave of it sending a few feathers aloof >it’s gonna fucking lunge again >I get up, deep staring at the being… >it’s a woman, but with fucking massive wings instead of arms and sharp bird-like legs... >OH GOD >before I can come to a conclusion, it starts diving towards me again >blood steaming through the air like an agricultural plane >i jump behind my jeep, and the thing hits the windshield head-first >the surprisingly resistant glass cracking, as it tries flying yet again >the jeep’s front is covered in feathers and some blood, and before it can rise up again I point my pistol at it again… *BANG* >my eardrums shake as the deafening sound of a handheld explosion sends another bullet through the air >it feels like i’m in slow-motion, as the small copper-jacketed piece of metal cracks at supersonic speeds and hits the bird in it’s stomach >the thing just plops down to the earth, just like if you cut a line from a kite >right in the field i’m parked in >walk to the bird feeling a bit dizzy from the loud sounds >there it lays in the ground, covering the nearby grass in a gel-y coat of blood. >it isn’t what I think it is, right…? >my hearing returning to normal, I hear the harpy whimpering and… swearing in english? “aaaahHAAaa…. why….” >i sit down nearby the harpy, looking at it >she looks at me with looks of both fear and regret >the small parakeet lays on top of the harpy’s chest, chirping sadly in seeing it. >blood drips out of the harpy’s stomach, as it whimpers faintly >it’s dark-brown wings clenching in visible pain “h-haaaalp…” >fuck. ‘I-...’ >I better get this shit out of its misery >I unsheathe my knife and contemplate… >it’s eyes dilate while looking at the knife, gagging on what’s about to come… >I sigh and look away, as I plunge the short knife in the harpy’s heart. >the chest area offering no resistance, as the swedish steel pierces through with ease >the harpy shrieks and screams, shaking and flapping its wings around the dirt >eventually, the screams cut short as the now lifeless body falls limp… >i turn my head around, to see the parakeet staring intensely at me. >the harpy’s head shows an expression of pure fucking suffering, it’s mouth and eyes wide open. >I slowly remove the knife from the harpy, a blood pattern seemingly embroiled into the cold, hard steel. >my hearing, after all that firing and screams, returns to normal. I can faintly hear the jeep’s music… NOW PLAYING: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f0YB1d5v5LY&ab_channel=GeorgeKaplan >i slowly move my bloodied hand to grab the parakeet softly, and set it on my shoulder >it offers no resistance whatsoever, and it just sits in my shoulder staring at the dead harpy >the lifeless body of the harpy continues bleeding, as the grass all around the clearing starts to turn red >start getting up, but... >I... >I killed that thing. I don’t even know what it was going to do… >Am I a monster? I killed those two cops before without a single feeling, but… >this? this hits different >both my parent’s deaths were at my hand, and... >i kneel down, putting my hands at my face >why the fuck did I do all this… why did I come here? >I killed too many people already… god help me >tears start running down my face slowly, as i clench onto my face >aaaaaaaahahaaaaaaaaa fuuuuuuuuuuuck >I hear the parakeet slowly chirping… >am sorry. Next day… >wake up in the back of my jeep >everything packed up and ready. >i stick a few harpy feathers I got from that encounter onto my helmet with a piece of cloth tape >the right side of my windshield is entirely cracked, with feathers stuck between the wipers and inside of the jeep, with the blood being wiped off by me. >i’m not going to bother removing them right now, i better get the fuck out of here >the grass all around is stained red, except the small spot where my coffee was dropped >the parakeet is sitting on my passenger seat >sleeping comfily on top of my now coffee-stained jacket >I dug a ditch for the harpy, to at least give it a sort of civilized end. >nothing fancy, but at least she’s probably sleeping in either hell or heaven now. >rev up the jeep, getting off of this god-forsaken place Later that day… >it’s nearing nightfall >been driving straight for the entire day after...that. >the sun is still bright, but the sky is slowly turning into that afternoon orange. >the parakeet has just been chilling in my jacket. >even biting at it trying to eat the coffee stains >I, however, am not doing so well. >that shit hit me right in the fucking heart, man. >I killed some stuff, so little yet… so much? >that fucking harpy, those cops… >now that I think of it, they might not have anything bad in their intentions… >the cops might just wanted to check if I paid for the fuel… >the harpy? i don’t know… maybe she was the one who ate the tuna? >I don’t fucking know anymore. I want to get out of here. >the slowly-darkening road follows up to another hill >as I drive over it, i see… >another rock. >I sigh, knowing sort of what is going to happen. >I park near the rock, and get off. >the rock glows a slight purple in between it’s marble cracks, with red flashing. >the grass around it is in a crimson red color, as it flows through the breeze >but, on top of the rock… >there’s an opened tuna can. >i come near, inspecting the can >it’s the same one I left before, and it has been perfectly opened. >the heart, instead of being on the outside, is neatly laid inside the lead can. >I faintly smile, as I lay it down onto the red grass. >looking around, I notice the forest is… cut short? >the dirt road un-naturally connects to a very well-maintained asphalt street >I look back onto the rock, resting my hand onto it. >it feels warm, and welcoming. I don’t know if I’ll miss this or be thankful this is over… >it’s been a bad ride. >I grab one of the feathers that were in the jeep and put it into the tuna can. >I hope this thing that helped me before will do well, i guess... >maybe it was the harpy? i don’t know. >I just wish I hadn’t met anything here, honestly… >sigh >get back onto the jeep, the parakeet sitting on top of my fucked windshield staring at that rock >I guess my little buddy will miss this too. >accelerate towards the end of the forest >it’s been a wild fucking trip… >the moment I go onto the asphalt, i feel a dizziness hit me >the feeling of regret, sorrow and loneliness is just… gone? >I look back, and… >the forest isn’t there >I- >I’m not even going to question this anymore. >check up on my GPS >it shows that… I'm near my old city? >it’s approx. 20 km away, but… >I wasn’t even trying to get here. >I look around, the landscape that once was a dream place for farming has now turned on its axis. >landscapes, once blooming with green pastes now shredded and turned into something you would see in Hill 875 >crops turned into charred, colorless dust >bovines that once happily and aimlessly ate and wandered these lands burned into a crisp, with mud and burnt flesh exposed from their still half-rotting carcasses >horses that once patrolled the hills of these outskirts capsized, becoming lost into the endless sea of mud >trees that made this place so special, lively and good? all of them have turned their leaves red and had their trunks bastardized with chunks falling off periodically >the only thing untouched is the road ahead >i should’ve stayed in that forest… >but i know what I have to do >this place is fucked, and the only way out is through the shit that brought this in here god help me. force. >the tax booth that intercepted the road leading to my city has had it’s gas-station like cover ripped apart and thrown a few meters away >Each individual cabin had it’s roof removed, and the glass windows had all been obfuscated by a deep color of red. >the roads onwards to the city have had their yellow, white, and black stripes scratched away, with a red trail of blood spots taking their place >And oh god, the stench. >it smells like if you died in your toilet and were left there for months upon end, with all your body liquefying into a horrible mess of hair, putrid slosh, and fat >the darkness of the time slowly glooming, obfuscating the mess of a place this has become >and then, when I go over the final hill before I can take a glance at my city... >good lord,it’s horrible. >the last slithers of sun disappear into the big, blue atmosphere up above >the sky is pitch black, and some kind of illumination doesn't let the stars appear >on top of the hill, I grab a pair of old-japanese binoculars that my dad gave me as inheritance >the lens, made in the 70’s, magnified and let me see all the fucking mess that unfolded onto my eyes >the once shining-bright, modern city that sprawled kilometers upon end >has had it’s middle changed into a fucking crater >and from said crater, a blue light flickers methodically, shining bright into the night sky. >public lighting that shined in the dark sky has been turned into… makeshift torches? >tons of houses have been wrecked apart, with many LED panels from the many, many stores all huddled together onto one of the biggest things the city has: >the Christ >it’s face has been beaten off, and in its place someone put one of the fast food mascot faces >the sprawling arms, of the once all-pardoning saint of modern times have been torn off, with hundreds of LED wires coming down from the stubs >and, in its head, there is a giant fucking ice-cream cartoon >oh god, what the fuck happened… >my thoughts are cut short when I manage a bunch of footsteps on both sides of the road over the loud bursting of the engine >i grab my guns, holstering them and loading them respectively, covering my ears with some cheap woolen earmuffs i have for winter >and stuff my .38 into my puffer’s pocket >i shift the gear forwards, cover my parakeet under a piece of cloth that I had >and turn on the car headlights NOW towards an empty shopping cart, and load up my backpack and my meduffle onto the cart >as I walk around the store in the fastest speed I can pushing the cart, I grab toilet paper, copious amounts of rubbing alcohol and strong liquor bottles >i start throwing the liquor bottles at the steel rolldoors, coating them and the ground with shitty alcohol >i pour gasoline all around the cashier area, and throw copious amounts of rubbing alcohol onto the floor near the doors >i then go back to the middle of the store, sitting down, and opening my medbag. >i roll tightly bandage all around the wounds, while brutally removing the glass shards from my shoulders and face >then, i throw rubbing alcohol around. aAAAAAAAAAaaaaaaaaaaAWDHUAWFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCK >the seething reality drops in, as the rubbing alcohol makes contact with my flesh wounds >the stinging burn from the alcohol forcing my jaws to lock in, almost breaking my teeth. >after a few seconds, the pain alleviates and i Or a pair of NVGs. >but, I do have inconspicuous amounts of rubbing alcohol somewhere inside of the jeep >and some zippo fuel. >ever seen the movie ‘platoon’? >and those scenes where- >who am I trying to explain fucking napalm again? >...getting back to the subject matter >I plan to light several fires surrounding my jeep >and if that doesn't work, well… >at least i’m probably going to be tasty. >i get up from my small little shelter >in the open areas around me, there are some old tree branches and dry bushes >but not nearly enough tinder to last me a night, even if I light up a circle just around the jeep and me >fuck… >I’ll have to do this the hard way, won’t I? >start walking towards the path I made >initially, grabbing just some loose branches just outside the forest limits >don’t see, or hear anything unusual coming from those woods >so, I step in a couple of meters to grab bigger sticks and pieces of log >for hours on end. >FUCK, the outside world is laboreous. >it’s almost sunset >I gathered enough wood, and made three different campfires, all surrounding the jeep by around ~5 meters. >gaps in between them should have enough light to reflect anything that tries to pass through the ‘perimeter’ >the problem? >well, I don’t know if there are people in this region. >or fucking people that have brains and are friendly in this world, unlike the shit I saw while the two safezones got removed from existance. >sure do hope nobody sees my bullshit >wait, are there environmentalists in this world? >like, people who will literally shit their pants over you lighting a fire. >sure do hope not, else i’d be in trouble. >the .38 is loaded up, my pellet gun is beautiful as always and my pistol is completely well-lubed up. >now, this is the single time I would like to have a glock too. >guess it’s too late to regret my poor decisions. >walk around each campfire, dousing some rubbing alcohol on top and lighting them up >not the best way to light a fire, but generally worked to light up barbecue coals. >and it’s already getting dark, i can’t be fucking bothered. >after a bit, I check my phone >saving up the battery by not toggling it on was actually kind of wise. >it says 18:00 in BRT, but it’s already pretty dark >open the timer app, setting an alarm for 12 hours from now on. >here we go. TIME: -11:30 UNTIL DAWN >well, shit. >the noises have already started >I gathered ‘enough’ wood for the night’s worth of burning. >well, I think I did. >some leaves and sticks are getting stepped on all around the perimeter >still, I don’t see a single reflection of light on some cunt’s skin. >this’ll be a fun night. >fun as in, I WON’T BE BORED. -11:00 UNTIL DAWN >i retract my previous statement >this is boring as shit, I am not even scared shitless anymore. >I doubt i’ll get attacked this early into the night, it should be probably 8’o clock in the ‘real world’. >a dinner would be nice, but all i’ve got on hand is solid bricks of ramen and tuna >should’ve bought some bacon, atleast. >i’ll miss pork. >The steps have easened >I heard, one time, something shrieking for it’s life. >not the kind that some |SKINWALKER| would screech telling you to get the fuck out, >but rather a rabbit getting brutally mauled. >i love nature.
