Canonicity: To Be Decided

In short: The collected spirits and bodies of those who have passed on raised by nefarious individuals for a single purpose: to destroy all life.

The Undead do not deserve to be called a “Race”. This word implies a sense of natural existence, curiosity, intelligence and self awareness. The undead have none of these things. They are abominations and puppets spawned with a single purpose in mind:Kill the living. 

There are two kinds of undead - spirits and embodied. Spirits are incorporeal beings that occasionally manifest themselves into the realm of the living. Mortal weapons are ineffective against them and enchantments or weapons are required to dispatch them.

Embodied are what most people think of as undead - bodies risen from the grave. Mortal weapons are effective against them though one may find it difficult to return one to its natural state. If possible find a member of the Gralidien Dawn and have them return the undead.

If you find a servant class: Run away, Gather your friends and any of the lord’s servants, and arm them to confront the threat. Tools and steel weapons will be sufficient

If you find a knight class: Run away, Summon the local knights and leave them to confront the threat. Non professionals should stay away and magic is strongly recommended.

Most areas have a sunguard patrol within a week’s travel. If you can contain the undead in a structure or a deserted area do it. Contact your lord and they will get us there asap. There is no reason for 

Remember the undead have no thoughts and no emotions. Anything they do is the commands of their master.
