One the fantasy side, where most of the kommandos wound up lies a new landmass much in the same shape as North America. The Kommandos, True americans and eager to engage in the lost craft of pioneering, begin to make their own nation in a model of the nation they once called their home. They carve out the land, drawing lines in the land, dividing it up much in the same way their ancestors did so many years ago. There are states but semi autonomous, the kommandos along the way began the herculean task of connecting the east with the west, laying rail lines and building up railyards for the railroads to transport their peoples where they could. One cannot easily make gasoline in the world yet, but coal is cheap and easy enough to mine for. The sheer size of this new world is incredible, some say its three times the size of the united states. Others say its even larger. What is known is that the kommandos with a gleam in their eye went forth to become the newgeneration of Pioneers and Homesteaders making their own future in this new frontier. Is it full of elf dwarf orc etc cities and strongholds? Or is it pure untamed wilderness? Who knows what lies out their over those hills? Can anyone say for certain whats what in this world of mystery and wonder?

There are some cities that were entirely ported over into the fantasy side, Chicago lies in the middle of a mist covered inland lake, the eternal fog shrouding this abandoned atlantean city. No one has ventured there, none may ever go there. What is known is that its home to powerful entities that call themselves Gods.
